There are 150 residents there and I don't think they're getting the proper care that they should be because there are so many people there. They have two people to a room and you have to get along with your roommate. The nurses have forgotten to come down to give my mom a shower a couple of times. They have activities every week like Bingo, manicures, and trivia, but they don't get out and get a lot of the residents to come down and join in.

No help was given for putting clothing away, therefore the same clothing was wore day after day. I never would have someone living in the filth , where they had to eat and sleep and breathe that toxic enviroment. I witnessed residents getting yelled at, that brought residents to tears.

The Loretto system allowed for them to be reunited and live together once again. It is an organization that is not focused on letting people come in and then asking them to go when their assets can no longer cover the expenses. The fact that they are together and they will not be asked to leave trumps some of the challenges that I know most senior care facilities face. I give it five stars because my folks were hard working and giving people. In the three months I have been going to visit I have noticed steps to help brighten the appearance and also maintain the facility. When you walk in to the facility you are greeted and there are a number of people who are on the staff who want to help enrich the lives of those living there.
