Triple Pane Windows
We ordered one double window replacement the first of May. In June, the install was cancelled 45 minutes before the appointment through a text message, windows weren’t in. Windows arrived with a broken sash.told in July the sash was on order and they were getting a status. Found out in September the sash had not been ordered at all. It’s now the end of November….have been told for a week the sash is on a truck but no one knows where it is. Not sure whether to just cancel at this point or not.
The frustration has been horrible and communication is awful, will never do anything with them again. I have been waiting for screens that needed to be replaced since June. Mark was quick to answer any and all questions and was very informative.

Similar to the single-hung window, a double-hung window is the standard window on most homes today with both an operable upper sash and bottom sash. Costs vary significantly based on material, but on average they run about $300 to $600 per unit including labor.
